40 Savile Row Company, which specialises in offering very personalised and high quality Gent's tailoring, has upgraded it's EPoS system in order to improve it's ordering and delivery service to customers. ECR Retail systems has built a new EPoS infrastructure based around it's ECR Touch retail management software.

The requirements of 40 Savile Row Company were very specific, because unlike most retail outlets, it sells directly to the public through upmarket direct mail, as well as through it's own store in London. Customers place their orders which are then manufactured in Northern Ireland, before being dispatched direct to them by post.
