Founded in 1973, ECR is one of the oldest EPoS companies based in the UK with over 20,000 user licences sold throughout the world. In 2003 an MBO occurred which has seen the company develop further the strong corporate growth of the past 31 years.

The global client base has expanded to take on board such blue chip companies as Games Workshop, the NAAFI and British Airways. In addition the hundreds of independent businesses using the system means that ECR have a presence in all sectors of the retail and hospitality industry.

The strong corporate growth

An additional benefit to our clients is the development of a new corporate headquarters adapted to fulfil the requirements of a state of the art software company. These have been opened during the first quarter of 2004 and has helped the company improve its already strong reputation for support.
