Martin Chalk (IT Director) Martin manages the development of our product range, and brings over 20
years of experience in the industry to the company. His team provide
ECR with in-house development capability for our core products, giving
us the ability to offer our clients the functionality they require. |

Tom Dunne (Operations Director) Tom joined ECR from Vodafone UK, and is ultimately responsible for the
service provided to all our customers. Tom also has the purchasing and
human resources departments of the company within his remit. |

customer accounts. He has particular experience in the leisure and
