We've even invested in the latest dial-up software to identify the problems you're having and to get you back on track as soon as possible.

We're confident you'll be happy with your new hardware, and will find it effective and easy to use. But if you need any extra help, or have any problems using your equipment, we offer two types of hardware support, both tailored to meet the needs of a busy sales environment. Staff at our helpdesk are specially trained to offer front-line support for any issues that arise from your EPoS system.

The first support service is a back-to-base cover that allows you to control the speed of response at a budget price. The second is a full-on site maintenance package, which allows you to use our network of national engineers and offers a guaranteed response time visit. Our representatives will discuss both options with you to establish which package will best meet your needs. Talk to us to decide we'll help you.

ECR's network of trained engineers can be quickly with you wherever you are based in the country. With a full stock of replacement parts, getting you back up and running should be quick and straightforward.
