Another advantage of Touchsoft’s flexibility is the full computer-based booking module. This allows you to maintain bookings for a combination of tables, rooms etc on a back office PC.

Full Computer-based Booking

Using the on screen keyboard you can enter all the booking details from start time, to deposit paid and how much . Each booking will be allocated a unique colour coded booking reference allowing finding, searching and editing of bookings simple and quick.

Previously entered bookings can be easily accessed once the customer arrives, enabling you to check details and confirm.

Once a booking is confirmed the information will be taken through to the till, where table orders can be posted.
