The Stock Control Module is designed to allow the operator to easily manage stock on site. Orders provide the necessary tools to manage the stock ordering process.

Automatically assign a goods note

The orders screen allows the user to create new or review existing orders, with use of simple drop down options, including order reference, product look up and supplier.

Templates can be used to place orders, which can contain a fixed set of products or stock items. With this, the user can create a number of templates to simplify the regular ordering process. Choosing a set of products by a department is another method, or even choose products against a supplier.

The ECR system provides the user with a number of criteria selections to further simplify the ordering process. These include current holding stock, outstanding orders, sales history and minimum/maximum pre-required stock levels.

Once a delivery is received against a purchase order, the system will automatically assign a goods inward reference number. The delivery process will then update the live stock count within the system.
