Martin Chalk (IT Director)
Martin manages the development of our product range, and brings over 20
years of experience in the industry to the company. His team provide
ECR with in-house development capability for our core products, giving
us the ability to offer our clients the functionality they require. |

Tom Dunne (Operations Director)
Tom joined ECR from Vodafone UK, and is ultimately responsible for the
service provided to all our customers. Tom also has the purchasing and
human resources departments of the company within his remit. |

Colin Smith (Account Director)
Colin joined ECR over a decade ago and manages some of our larger
customer accounts. He has particular experience in the leisure and
hospitality sectors. |

Mike Morris (Account Manager)
Mike is another member of staff with over ten years experience in the
company and also has carried out a broad range of roles. Mike is now
responsible for the build and design for new customers' installations. |

Phil Meech (Support Manager)
Phil is a networking and security specialist, managing the technical
infrastructure design of our systems. He has been with the company for
5 years, coming from a similar role with large, publicly listed

Mark Simpson (National Sales Manager)
Mark manages our busy sales department, and prides himself on the level
