Taylor of Old Bond Street, specialising in gentleman's personal care, was founded on a philosophy that has become their tradition. This tradition started back in 1854 by Jeremiah Taylor the great grandfather of today's chairman and has continued until today through the solid foundation of a family run business. Sustained by refusing to compromise on quality and standards upholding the original concept of Jeremiah in 1854. The business which is located in the heart of London's fashionable West End, not only maintains a loyal local clientele but also delivers products around the globe.

"Our tradition and reputation are both extremely important to us and these are what our customers have come to expect," explains Barry Klein Director of the company. "However, this does not mean that we don't look for ways to continue to improve and compete in today's modern retail market." In order to do this we looked to ECR Retail Systems to modernise our EPOS system.

"We felt that it was the prime issue to allow us to maximise our sales and boost productivity. The ECR Touchsoft system allows me to run any number of Sales Activity reports every Monday through Saturday to keep me abreast of our store's day-to-day transactions. We use the information to make sure we balance properly at the end of the day, and to help track down any looming discrepancies or errors," says Barry.
