Anwar Pervaz Restaurant Manager - The Painted Heron
In february 2004, Charles Hill and Yogesh Data opened their second restaurant using the name of 'The Painted Heron'. The first site, which is situated in Chelsea has been received with critical acclaim, having received glowing write ups in The Time and other national newspapers as well as an impressive number of quality dining out guides and websites. Furthermore the restaurant received the prestigious Michelin “Indian restaurant of the year 2004” award.
The second restaurant in the chain , located in Kennington, offers minimalist interiors designed to offer a large degree of privacy. Intimate courtyards are also available for “al fresco” dining in the summer making for a truly unique dining experience.
To cope with the demands of a menu that changes on a daily basis, and a chef with previous experience in the both the Raj and Sheraton Hotel groups, The Painted Heron went to source a Sales Management system with extensive capablities.
