ECR’s most recent app brings mobile EPoS directly to your passengers and can be customised exactly as you prefer. Including your corporate branding, customer profiles, preferred venues or locations, are only a few examples of what RailPoS at-seat can do for you, building efficiency and increasing passenger satisfaction exponentially.
Design and content can also be easily managed via the back office using a simple user-friendly interface (e.g. drag and drop style changeability, logos, imagery, products, pricing, – even down to button sizing to reflect best sellers and most popular searches on any given journey).
If a customer is seated on a train and would like to order food and beverages, they can now browse at their leisure, order and even make payment directly from the application. The crew receive the order, accept it (in turn removing the item from available stock), and then can drop off the purchases directly to seat. Furthermore, if the customer would like to pre-order food, they can do this as the solution allows for both pre-ordering and at-seat ordering. Pre-orders are delivered to the vehicle, as a dedicated order, enabling crews to set aside items that have been reserved at any given point.
Your customers can place orders directly from their phone at any time of their choosing, with an easy to use real-time menu built into the app. Simple flows let customers place repeat orders in just three clicks, or interactively explore the menu. Menus and availability can be managed down to the individual passenger journey.
The system identifies product details and any allergens in an easy to recognise format. Real-time management enables the client to plan customer incentives, show destination-specific menus, and have full control over how and when guests interact with your menus.
